摘要：This article discusses the effects of Yunnan Province’s "help the poor by reliance on science and technology" program on the riddance of poverty for women; analyses the blind points of social gender in present sci-tech dissemination; and puts forth the proposal on enhancing social gender sensitivity in sci-tech dissemination.
